The Czech Presidency of the EU Council had yet to decide on Monday 5 December how to proceed on the digital platform workers directive and whether it will be able to submit a draft political agreement (‘general approach’) on 8 December to the employment ministers in Brussels or whether it will decide to hand over the negotiations to the Swedish Presidency.
