Eva Poptcheva elected Vice-Chair of Parliament Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs

09/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – MEP Eva Poptcheva of the Renew Europe group and a member of the Spanish party Ciudadanos, was elected by acclamation on Tuesday 8 November as second Vice-Chair of the European Parliament Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON), succeeding French MEP Stéphanie Yon-Courtin of the same political group. The latter now assumes the role of coordinator of the centre-right group in the ECON Committee. (MB)
