European Commission consults public on draft regulation on co-formulants to be banned in pesticides

04/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – A public consultation will be open until Friday 18 November on a draft European Commission Implementing Regulation laying down detailed rules for the identification of unacceptable co-formulants in plant protection products, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 concerning the market authorisation for the placing of pesticides on the market in the EU.
