03/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 3 November, the European Patent Office (EPO) published a selection of around 60 patent search engines, which can combat climate change, ahead of COP27. The selected search engines focus primarily on clean energy, the EPO said in its press release. The aim is to accelerate the exploitation of patents in order to achieve the UN climate targets.
