Berlin will examine possibility of legal action against complementary delegated act on EU taxonomy, says Robert Habeck

08/02/2022 (Agence Europe) – If the delegated act to include fossil gas and nuclear in the EU taxonomy is not rejected, Germany will conduct a legal review of the text and then decide whether or not to refer the matter to the EU Court of Justice (CJEU), German Vice-Chancellor Robert Habeck said on Monday 7 February after a lunch in Paris with French Economy Minister Bruno Le Maire.
