Brussels, 26/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission is expected to adopt the complementary delegated act on the climate component of the EU taxonomy on 2 February, according to information obtained by EUROPE. Initially scheduled for the end of January, this document foresees the inclusion of fossil gas and nuclear energy in the taxonomy as “transitional” activities, provided certain criteria are met(see EUROPE B12860A1).
