04/11/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) issued, on Wednesday 3 November, two opinions on the selection of ‘projects of common interest’ (PCIs) for trans-European energy infrastructure that will form the fifth list of PCIs and thus become eligible for European public funding.
