EU Energy Commissioner Kadri Simson announced on Wednesday 22 September the presentation of a “toolbox” in the coming weeks to help Member States put in place short-term measures to address the current surge in gas and electricity prices in Europe (see EUROPE B12795A13), following an informal meeting of Member States’ energy ministers.
