EU programme emphasises respect for Rule of law

The European Commission and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, presented, on Friday 2 July, a working document setting out the priorities for future cooperation with the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine).

This document or programme, based on five strategic priorities adopted in 2020 (see EUROPE B12449A23), is accompanied by an economic and investment plan with a budget of 2.3 billion...
