Securitisation - Commission clarifies cooperation obligations between national and European authorities

On Wednesday 5 May, the European Commission clarified the cooperation obligations between national competent authorities and the European Financial Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) under the Simple, Transparent and Standardised Securitisation Regulation 2017 (see EUROPE B11908A30).
