European Commission registers ECI ‘Civil Servant Exchange Program’ and ‘Green Garden Roof Tops’

The European Commission decided on Wednesday 21 April to register two European Citizens’ Initiatives (ECIs) entitled ‘Civil Servant Exchange Program (CSEP)’ and ‘Green Garden Rooftops’.
