EU lends a hand to Equatorial Guinea after explosions at a military base

11/03/2021 (Agence Europe) – The EU is lending a helping hand to Equatorial Guinea after a series of deadly explosions at a military base in Bata on 7 March, the European Commission said on Thursday 11 March. Spain and France have responded to the request for assistance made by the Equatorial Guinea authorities to the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.
