Court of Justice rejects former European Commissioner John Dalli’s second claim for compensation for non-material damage 

Brussels, 25/02/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday, 25 February, the Court of Justice of the European Union issued a second rejection of former European Commissioner for Health John Dalli’s claim for compensation in the amount of 1 million euros; Mr Dalli had had to resign in October 2012 following a case of trading in influence in connection with his duties (case C-615/19) (see EUROPE B10711A2).
