15/07/2020 (Agence Europe) – “It is clear that we will not be rid of Covid-19 until there is a vaccine, a clear plan, and funding”, said Rik Daems, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, today. According to him, the discussion over the EUR 750 billion recovery fund, which will take place at the European Union Summit on 17 and 18 July, must include the financing of a Community-wide vaccination campaign.
