16/04/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Central Bank (ECB) and the Croatian National Bank (CNB) signed a swap line agreement on Wednesday 15 April to facilitate the provision of liquidity to the banking system during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Croatian National Bank will be allowed to borrow up to €2 billion from the ECB until the end of 2020, unless the agreement is extended. Each activation of the credit line will have a maturity of 3 months. (MB)
