Dieselgate, Volkswagen reaches a settlement with aggrieved consumers in Germany

28/02/2020 (Agence Europe) – The Federation of German Consumer Organisations (VZBV) and Volkswagen (VW) have reached an out-of-court settlement to compensate drivers affected by the September 2015 rigged engine scandal, better known as ‘Dieselgate’, announced the Brunswick Court on Friday 28 February.
