EU Member States approve transitional Regulation on flexibility between pillars of CAP

Experts from the EU Member States, meeting on Monday 25 November in the Special Committee on Agriculture (SCA), approved the proposal for a Regulation (transitional measures) on financial discipline from 2021 onwards and flexibility between pillars of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for the calendar year 2020.
