Council and Commission statement on stablecoin soon to be adopted

22/11/2019 (Agence Europe) – The draft statement of the Council of the EU and the European Commission (see EUROPE B12361A5) on the dangers of ‘stablecoin’ is ready to go. It will be submitted to the Member States' ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) on Wednesday 27 November, before being formally adopted by the European Finance Ministers on 5 December.
