Member States are rather open to idea of a common percentage for agricultural climate expenditure

The majority of EU agriculture ministers were open to the ideas of the Finnish Presidency of the Council of the EU to give countries more flexibility on climate and environment spending under the future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
