15/11/2019 (Agence Europe) – Euro area annual inflation was 0.7% in October, down from 0.8% in September, according to data released by the Statistical Office of the European Union (Eurostat) on Friday 15 November. It stood at 1.1% in the EU, compared with 1.2% in September. The lowest annual rates were observed in Cyprus (-0.5%), Greece (-0.3%) and Portugal (-0.1%).
