Another week full of uncertainty opened on Monday 21 October regarding an orderly withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the EU, while British Prime Minister Boris Johnson failed on Saturday 19 October to get Members of the House of Commons to vote on the agreement reached on 17 October with the Twenty-Seven (see EUROPE B12351A1).
