OLAF closes investigation concerning Commissioner-designate Janusz Wojciechowski

The European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) announced on Friday 27 September that it has closed its investigation into certain expenses of Poland's candidate for membership of the new European Commission, Janusz Wojciechowski.

The Commissioner-designate for Agriculture was under investigation by OLAF for "alleged irregularities concerning the reimbursement of travel expenses" when he was an MEP.
