Council of the EU adopts text codifying regulation on European Fisheries Control Agency

05/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 5 March, the EU Council of Ministers adopted without debate the regulation on the European Fisheries Control Agency headquartered in Vigo, Spain. Council Regulation 768/2005 has been substantially amended several times. The new text aims to codify said regulation for the sake of clarity and rationality.
