EIB provides €150 million loan to City of Turku for infrastructure renewal

29/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Investment Bank (EIB) has granted a €150 million loan to the Finnish city of Turku to finance the renovation of infrastructure and new projects that will support the city's objective of achieving carbon neutrality by 2029. Under the terms of the financing agreement signed on 28 January between EIB Vice-President Alexander Stubb and the Mayor of the city, Minna Arve, the EIB will finance up to 50% of the investments required over the 2017-2022...
