EU fisheries ministers are expected to reach political agreement on Monday 19 November in Brussels on total allowable catches (TACs) and quotas for 2019 and 2020 for so-called deep-sea species.
The Commission has proposed a reduction in catch limits in seven areas (see EUROPE 12113).
