Resolution of Banco Popular – former creditors and shareholders to be heard starting on 6 November

16/10/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 16 October, the Single Resolution Board (SRB) announced that nearly 12,000 parties affected by the resolution of the Spanish bank Banco Popular (see EUROPE 11803) had expressed an interest in being heard. Parties deemed eligible will have three weeks from 6 November to submit their observations in writing, it explained.
