Intervention ceiling for skimmed milk powder is set at zero

15/10/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 15 October, without debate, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted the regulation aimed at 2019 renewal of the initiative taken in 2018 to set at zero the ceiling for fixed price buying within the public intervention framework for skimmed milk powder(see EUROPE 12101, 12066).  Tenders will be launched as required.  The Commission seeks to avoid further accumulation of skimmed milk powder stocks as it is currently disposing of those dating back...
