Member states sounded out on how to follow up on European Parliament vote recommending opening of proceedings on respect of rule of law

09/10/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 10 October, member states’ ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) will discuss how to follow up on the European Parliament’s request for what is known as ‘article 7’ proceedings against Hungary over the rule of law (see EUROPE 12094).
