CNUE launches 'Authentic acts in Europe' website

18/05/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 17 May, the Council of the Notariats of the European Union (known by its French acronym, CNEU) launched a new information website concerning authentic acts in Europe. The website, which was developed with the financial support of the European Commission, provides information on the probative value of authentic acts drawn up in the 22 countries of the European Union in which notaries operate in matters of succession and family law.
