Vigil before Trump's decision on possible exemption on steel and aluminium taxes for EU

On Monday 30 April, the European Commission said it was "patient, but also prepared", at a time when US President Donald Trump is due to say on 1 May whether or not he will continue the temporary exemption granted to the EU at the end of March until 1 May from the US customs duties of 25% and 10% on imports into the US of steel and aluminium respectively.
