S&D group in Parliament says EU should do more to guarantee child refugees' access to education

Speaking on behalf of the S&D at the European Parliament on Wednesday 11 April, Enrique Guerrero Salom MEP (Spain), criticised the shortcomings in child refugees’ access to education in Europe and Turkey.

The S&D group based its criticism on the “Back-to-school” report published on 7 February by the Global Progressive Forum, chaired by Mr Guerrero Salom - and the Migration Policy Group and Sirius NGOs.
