CAT says that there are 50,000 and 70,000 radicalised individuals in Europe, 20,000 of whom are in France

There are currently between 50,000 and 70,000 radicalised individuals in Europe, of whom 20,000 are in France. In 2017, the EU experienced 62 terrorist incidents, including 15 attacks that were carried out and 40, which were foiled.
