On Thursday 5 April, the spokesperson for the European External Action Service welcomed the announcement by the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinak, that he had given a mandate for the drafting of the Statute of the Association/Community of Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo.
