Malta announces that it is to join European Public Prosecutor's Office

09/03/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 9 March, Malta announced its intention to join the enhanced cooperation to institute the European Public Prosecutor's Office, the Bulgarian justice minister, Tsetska Tsacheva, announced after the Justice Council.
