Burundian refugees in Tanzania granted €2 million more aid from EU

20/12/2017 (Agence Europe) – Burundians living in refugee camps in Tanzania will be able to count on a further €2 million of emergency humanitarian aid announced by the European Commission on Wednesday 20 December.  The money will come from the budget of ECHO, the Commission’s humanitarian aid service, and will enable tens of thousands of vulnerable people to receive protection, access to drinking water and basic sewage services in refugee camps.  Tanzania houses some 240,000...
