First test vote at European Parliament for draft framework law for energy and climate governments

On Thursday 7 December, the European Parliament’s energy and environment committees will vote together on their amendments to draft governance mechanism for the energy and climate. This was proposed by the Commission in November 2016 as part of its “clean energy” package.
