Notaires d'Europe publish their vision of a first EU directive on transferring corporate HQs in the EU

The fourth Congress of Notaires d’Europe took place in Santiago de Compostela on Friday 6 October. After discussing consumer protection in the digital age (see EUROPE 11877), Europe’s notaries unveiled a raft of measures to feed reflection on a future EU directive on the transfer of corporate headquarters in the EU.
