WTO Appellate Body says Washington State's subsidies to Boeing 777X are legal

On Monday 4 September, the WTO Appellate Body annulled the ruling of the WTO Dispute Settlement Body which was responsible for the EU's appeal against the subsidies from Washington State to US aircraft manufacturer Boeing for the construction of 777X carriers (DS 487).
