Investigation into public aid project in favour of Jaguar Land Rover in Slovakia

On Wednesday 24 May, the European Commission decided to open an in-depth investigation to determine whether the Slovakian aid project for €125 million in favour of Jaguar Land Rover, with the aim of securing the company's investment in a car factory, complies with the rules on regional State aid.
