The public consultation on the future of the common agricultural policy (CAP) having been closed since 2 May, the European Commission must now get down to analysing the 322, 912 submissions received (see EUROPE 11759 and 11779).
The results of the analysis will be presented at a conference in Brussels on 7 July and will inform the debate on the CAP after 2020. The Commission will present a communication on the future of the CAP at the end of the year.
