ECJ Advocate General's conclusions may deliver a blow to Ryanair's commercial model

There is another risk of trouble brewing in the corridors of Ryanair, the low-cost Irish airline. The advocate general of the European Court of Justice, Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe, explained in his conclusions published on Thursday 27 April, that the dispute relating to air hostess and stewards’ work contracts are covered by the jurisdictions in the place where they begin their daily professional activities.
