On Wednesday 12 April, the foreign affairs ministers of the V4 countries (Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia) called on the EU to take "appropriate measures to keep the Eastern Partnership high on the European agenda".
In their joint statement adopted at the end of a meeting in Warsaw, which was attended by European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy Johannes Hahn, the ministers reaffirm their "firm support of the Eastern Partnership".
