Lagarde says Greek debt restructuring terms should be worked out before end of aid plan

12/04/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 12 April during a Bruegel think tank conference, IMF Director General, Christine Lagarde, said that the terms for restructuring Greek public debt should be worked out in advance, while the scale of this restructuring could be set out for the middle of next year when the plan is completed.
