05/04/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 3 April, the EU and Algeria launched a new institutional twinning project aiming "to boost technological innovation" and "increase the value of human resources and industrial potential", a joint press release states. The project comes as support for the "Industrial Innovation Strategy" of the Algerian ministry for industry and mines, as part of the support programme for implementing the association agreement (P3A), and is financed by the EU up to a maximum of €1.45 million for a period of 24 months. The project will be carried out by Spain, Finland and France, and they will propose their "best practice", adaptable to the Algerian context, the press release states. (FB)
