On Wednesday 1 March, the European Commission decided to extend anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures by a further 18 months to target imports of solar cells and panels from China. A source close to the Commission dossier indicated that an interim review would also be opened to help to gradually reduce the level of the measures in line with cost reductions in the solar industry.
