The latest monthly report on EU agricultural trade published by the European Commission on Tuesday 15 November states that EU agri-food exports reached a record value of almost €11.5 billion in September, exceeding the export values in September of previous years by about €500 million. This strengthens the Commission's position on the same day they published a cumulative impact study on the effects of future free trade agreements on the EU's agricultural sector (see EUROPE 11668).
