From Tuesday 1 November, Agriculture Commissioner Phil Hogan will be visiting Hong Kong, Vietnam and Indonesia as part of his continuing diplomatic offensive to find new outlets for a range of EU agricultural products.
The commissioner will be accompanied by a business delegation of representatives from 42 EU agri-food companies from 16 different member states. The total turnover of the European companies that are represented in this mission is in excess of €170 billion.
