Russia’s ambassador to the EU, Vladimir Chizhov, said on Wednesday 19 October that the October visit to Moscow of the European Commission vice-president with responsibility for energy, Maroš Šefčovič, has been postponed until November due to delays at the Commission in preparing the issues to be addressed with Russian energy minister Alexander Novak.
