Compared with the same period in 2015, fisheries products first-sales value and volume rose between January and May 2016 in France, Greece, Lithuania and the United Kingdom, according to the August report by the European Market Observatory for Fisheries and Aquaculture Products.
The report reveals that Spain landed 87,618 tonnes of fresh fish in January-May 2016, 2% more than in January-May 2015 but 2% less than in January-May 2014.
