Brussels, 18/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - The European foreign affairs ministers believe that “only a credible and accountable electoral process will ensure the necessary legitimacy for the elected leadership” in Somalia. The Council of the EU also urges the Somali leaders to make progress on implementing this electoral process and on agreeing a credible timetable in line with the constitution.
